We offer 8 visa types: 14 Days Stay (Regular & Express), 30 Days Stay (Regular & Express), 1 Month Multiple Entry (Regular & Express), 3 Month Single Entry, and 3 Month Multiple Entry. All visas are tourist visas suitable for leisure, family visits, and short business trips.

Question 2

Accepted Answer

Yes. The application is completed online on this website, so you do not need to visit an embassy to submit it. Choose a visa option, enter each traveler's details as they appear on the passport, upload the required documents and complete payment. Whether a visa can be issued depends on the traveler's passport and UAE requirements, so contact us at visa@dubai-visa.ae if you are unsure before applying.

Question 3

Which documents should I prepare before I start?

Accepted Answer

You need: (1) Passport bio page (valid for at least 6 months), (2) Passport cover page, (3) Recent passport-size photo with white background, (4) Confirmed flight tickets, and (5) Hotel booking confirmation. All documents must be clear color scans or photos.

Question 4

How valid must my passport be, and what condition should it be in?

Accepted Answer

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your intended date of entry to Dubai. The passport should have at least 2 blank pages for entry/exit stamps. Damaged or tampered passports may result in visa rejection.

Question 5

How many working days should I allow for my visa?

Accepted Answer

Processing times vary by visa type: Express Processing (1-2 working days) for 14-day and 30-day visas, Regular Processing (3-5 working days) for 14-day, 30-day, and 1-month multiple entry visas, and 5-7 working days for 3-month visas. Processing starts after successful payment and document verification.

Question 6

Regular or Express: which processing option suits my trip?

Accepted Answer

Regular Processing takes 3-5 working days and is our standard service with competitive pricing. Express Processing takes only 1-2 working days and is ideal for urgent travel plans. Express processing is available for 14-day and 30-day stay visas.

Question 7

At what point does the clock start on processing?

Accepted Answer

Processing time begins once we receive your payment and verify all submitted documents are clear and complete. If any documents need replacement, the processing time restarts after receiving acceptable documents.

Question 8

How will I hear about my application's progress?

Accepted Answer

Yes! After submission, you'll receive a confirmation email with your application reference number. Our team will provide regular updates via email, and you can contact us anytime at visa@dubai-visa.ae for status updates.

Question 9

In what form does my approved e-visa arrive?

Accepted Answer

Your approved e-visa will be sent to your registered email address as a PDF attachment. Print this visa and carry it with your passport when traveling to Dubai. Immigration officers will verify it upon arrival. Keep both digital and printed copies.

Question 10

Do I need a single entry or a multiple entry visa?

Accepted Answer

Single Entry visas allow you to enter Dubai once during the validity period. Multiple Entry visas let you enter and exit Dubai multiple times within the visa validity (30 days or 90 days), perfect for business travelers or those planning multiple visits.

Question 11

How long can I stay, and how is validity counted?

Accepted Answer

Visa validity depends on the type: 14-day visas are valid for 14 days from entry, 30-day visas for 30 days, and 90-day visas for 3 months. Multiple entry visas allow multiple visits within the validity period, with each stay duration limited to the specified days.

Question 12

Is it possible to stay longer once I am in Dubai?

Accepted Answer

Yes, tourist visas can be extended while in Dubai through the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA). Extensions must be applied for before your current visa expires. Contact us for assistance with visa extensions.

Question 13

What are the consequences of staying past my visa dates?

Accepted Answer

Overstaying results in daily fines and potential entry bans. If you need to stay longer, apply for an extension before your visa expires. We strongly recommend planning your travel dates carefully and applying for the appropriate visa duration.

Question 14

How do I pay for my application?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure Stripe payment gateway. All transactions are encrypted and secure. Payment is required upfront before visa processing begins.

Question 15

Does the price shown include everything?

Accepted Answer

No! Our prices are transparent and include all government fees, processing fees, and service charges. The price you see during application is the final price you pay. No surprise charges or hidden costs.

Question 16

What happens to my fees if the application is rejected?

Accepted Answer

If your visa application is rejected due to UAE immigration requirements (not due to incomplete/incorrect documents), we will refund the government visa fees. Our service fee is non-refundable as work has been performed. Rejections are rare when all documents are submitted correctly.

Question 17

Are there special rates when several people travel together?

Question 18

Can one application cover my whole family or group?

Question 19

How do I correct an error in my details?

You can review all information before making payment on our confirmation page. If you notice an error after submission, contact us immediately at visa@dubai-visa.ae with your application reference number. We'll help correct minor errors before processing.

Question 20

What if a document I upload is unclear or not accepted?

Question 21

How is my passport and personal data protected?

We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) to protect your data. Your passport and personal information are securely stored and only used for visa processing. We never share your information with third parties except UAE immigration authorities for visa processing.

Question 22

What should I carry with me at the Dubai airport?

Accepted Answer

Carry your printed e-visa, valid passport, return flight tickets, hotel booking confirmation, and sufficient funds for your stay. Immigration may ask for these documents. Having them ready ensures smooth entry at Dubai airports.

Question 23

Is travel insurance required for my trip?

Accepted Answer

While travel insurance is not mandatory for visa approval, we highly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost baggage. Some visa types may include basic coverage.

Question 24

Is paid work allowed on a tourist visa?

Accepted Answer

No, tourist visas are strictly for tourism, leisure, and family visits. Working on a tourist visa is illegal and can result in fines, deportation, and entry bans. If you need to work in Dubai, you must obtain a proper work visa sponsored by a UAE employer.

Question 25

Will a criminal record affect my application or entry?

Accepted Answer

Dubai has strict entry requirements. If you have a criminal record, especially for serious offenses, your visa application may be rejected or you may be denied entry. Please contact us before applying if you have concerns about eligibility.
