Services Provided

Dubai-Visa.AE provides visa processing services for tourist visas to the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We act as intermediaries between applicants and UAE immigration authorities.

We do not guarantee visa approval as the final decision rests with the UAE government.

Applicant Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information
Submit required documents on time
Ensure passport validity (6+ months)
Review application before submission
Comply with UAE immigration laws
Accept responsibility for false information

Application Process

Once submitted, we process your documents and submit them to UAE immigration authorities.

Check your email regularly for status updates and respond promptly to any requests.

Payment Terms

All fees must be paid in full at submission. Prices include service and government fees.

All prices are inclusive of 5% UAE VAT charges where applicable.

Visa Approval & Rejection

Visa approval is at the sole discretion of UAE immigration authorities. We cannot guarantee approval.

In Case of Rejection:

Service fees are non-refundable as we have provided the processing service. Government fees are also non-refundable as they are paid directly to UAE authorities.

Incomplete documentation
Invalid passport
Previous immigration violations
Security concerns

Cancellations & Changes

Before Submission

Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. Cancellations after submission are not possible.

Application Changes

Changes to submitted applications may not be possible. Additional fees may apply if processing has begun.

Limitation of Liability

Dubai-Visa.AE acts only as a visa processing agent. We are not liable for:

Visa rejections or delays by authorities
Changes in fees or requirements by UAE
Travel disruptions due to visa issues
Incorrect applicant information
Technical issues beyond our control

Governing Law

These terms are governed by UAE laws. Disputes shall be subject to UAE court jurisdiction.
