Government fees are paid directly to UAE immigration authorities.
Non-refundable in all circumstances, as these are processed by the government.

Pre-Submission Cancellation
Cancel before we submit to immigration authorities
Payment Error
Incorrect charges or duplicate payments

Processing Time Changes
While we strive to process visas within advertised timeframes, actual processing times are determined by UAE immigration authorities and may vary. Changes to processing times do not qualify for refunds.
